I used FlashDevelop IDE to create the compiled flash file soundSpectrum.swf

If you want to make any modifications to the flash file I have included all three files in a zip file.

Also, when compiling Sender.as and soundSpectrum.as should be in separate files. Please, include Sender.as if you want the autoPlay feature to work.
